Good movie - watched it for the first time today - spoiler

The whole movie is like a dream.

I guessed the woman on the beach was put there by the organisation.

I knew she was acting, pretending to love. So it came as no surprise when it was revealed.

I also guessed the ending even though it still was a shocker.

I liked it too, all except the film never really explained how they made him a foot taller after the make over, and where did they get that extra body muscle from. I guess the viewer has to switch his brain off concerning that.
