Not one person here mentioned blue toes the christmas elf.
It's from the late 80's or early 90's and hard to find but if you haven't seen it you should. IT's my#1 pick followed by
#2: Home alone ( the original)
#3 : Garfield
#4: Star wars holiday special ( featuring bea arthur ???) It's not directly christmas but it's so bad that george lucas is quoted as saying that if he had the time and energy he'd track down and destroy evey bootleg copy.
#5:new kids on the block animated christmas special.Random I know, but strangely entertaining.

I think my top five animated Christmas specials would go something like this:

1.) "A Charlie Brown Christmas"
2.) "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer"
3.) "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"
4.) "Frosty the Snowman"
5.) "A Garfield Christmas Special"

I think that'd probably be my top five, but I can't forget about other classics:
"Life with Louie: A Christmas Surprise for Mrs. Stillman"
"Mickey's Christmas Carol" (classic short having Scrooge McDuck playing the role of Ebenezer Scrooge)
"I Want A Dog for Christmas, Charlie Brown" (a new classic)
"Olive, the Other Reindeer" is another new classic that I like watching every Christmas

Those are all I can think of at this moment. I'm sure there's more out there that I enjoy very much.
