Louise Tate

This is a late response, but I like the first Louise better.

Actually the show came on when I was so little that I forgot about her. Years later when I bought some episodes from the first two seasons I thought, "Hey, there was a DIFFERENT actress playing Louise back then."

After watching the "first" Louise, I came to like her better. Somehow she seemed more like someone who would be married to Larry. I thought that she was a better actress too. Don't know why. Just one of those personal preferences I guess.

Not sure I could choose. I like them both equally for different reasons.
I also have an easier time picturing the first one being married to Larry.

The second one seems better fit for comedy though, but as "the straight man".
