There should be an updated version of the movie about a rape case where juror #8 is fat, has a neckbeard, wears a fedora, drinks mountain dew and eats doritos.
I also say this because, unless we know otherwise exactly, maybe he feels rape is on the different level and in that sense, he would've been more like that Sam Bowden character lawyer from "Cape Fear" (1962) or even its 1991 remake.
But then if he is that as well as what you have described in another sense, maybe he is just an apologist for bad and abusive deeds period, INCLUDING rape, if that was the case, but then if not?
