What would they be in your opinion. I've seen alot but the main 2 that come to mind are "The Man From the South" and "The Strangler" yours?

I was watching "I'll Take Care Of You" a few years ago-an episode starring Ralph Meeker when I discovered a scary part having nothing to do with the actual episode plot. About the 14 minute mark there is a guy in a trench coat & hat standing by the side of the road under a tree. Meeker executes a 3 point turn & you can see that person. I don't know what the damn guy is there for, but, it is disconcerting.
