Candy was suppose to deliver the film to the person the FBI was looking for. When she discovers the film is missing she calls Joey and asks him "Should I go up and see him anyway?" This is never mentioned again. She knew at the least the address to where she was suppose to deliver the film but this is never asked of her.

shareThey probably should have asked it - or at least more of who she was supposed to contact, how the drop was to be made, etc., but it was probably a random meeting site. The location itself wouldn't be that important since it would change with every drop, maybe?
Even if they had asked her, they'd have got nothing. Candy didn't know so terribly much about the drops and she very well might have not even been able to describe who was picking the film up.
