What did you rate ''It Came from Outer Space'' (1953)?

I thought this film was dull and silly when I saw it in a revival theater with my friends. I rated the film a 5 based on that viewing, even though it was in 3-D.
I watched it more recently on DVD and enjoyed it and appreciated it more. There are still bad things in it, as Ray Bradbury will tell you: unnecessary footage of the silly-looking monsters, a few poorly executed scenes. But the story is so good that all that is easy to overlook. The film is probably worth 7/10.
