Does anyone else suspect that perhaps -

They may have met an angel?

Don't be quick to say no, this is one to think about.

I'm pretty sure I met one once. His name was Jack and I didn't know what he was back then.

Look where no one else is looking and see what no one else sees.

Very possible. The Bible speaks of "angels unawares." And there are angelophanies in the Holy scriptures, the appearance of angels.

Can you fly this plane?
Surely you can't be serious.
I am serious,and don't call me Shirley

My brother and sister-in-law were in the Adirondacks during the winter skiing and somehow they got lost during a blizzard and walked for hours. They were freezing and they really didn't know where the heck they were going. Suddenly they saw this old man who just pointed in a direction. Never spoke. They went that way and got home. Never saw him again, there were no houses around that area.

I have this anecdote from my aunt - years and years ago, when I first watched the Bishop's Wife, I told my aunt about it and said, "Cary Grant plays an angel." She said, "well, I've thought he was an angel for 40 years."

I was in the last row at the Meadowlands seeing a Bruce Springsteen Concert. Behind me was a concrete shelf. There was no one behind us. The biggest insect I ever saw landed on my shoulder. Suddenly, a girl was there behind me, sitting cross-legged on the shelf, she picked the insect off my shoulder. When I turned around she was gone and no one else seemed to see her. I think she was an angel.

No.

I knew a saint who became an angel in December 2024. I'm sure he was an angel while he was still here on Earth. We're all lucky if we can meet just one like him during our time alive.
