Paulette Goddard looks exactly like...

Cheri Oteri from Saturday Night Live. She's the one who plays that stupid nerdy girl that rubs her hands under her armpits and smells them when she gets nervous. In some of the scenes, Paulette looks exactly like her. Did anybody else get that impression?

Actually, you talking about Molly Shannon. I've yet to see this movie, but I saw "The Great Dictator" and yes, there is a resemblence

I saw this film for the first time, last night and was thinking the same thing. There are some scenes where her resemblance to Molly Shannon is pretty strong.

Now that I think about it there is a resemblance, but I think Paulette Goddard is about three times as pretty as Molly Shannon.

In some scenes she does look a little bit like Molly Shannon, but in another one of her movies with Chaplin, "The Great Dictator", she looked nothing like her.

I thought she looked a little like Courteney Cox in this film, in certain scenes anyways. Goddard is better looking though, her face not being as skinny as Cox's.

Let me toss in another name that wasn't mentioned yet: Sherilyn Fenn's character Audrey Horne in Twin Peaks. Throughout the whole movie, every time she was on screen, I was astonished by how much the two look alike.

Now THERE's a babe that has gone from being the next IT! girl to obscurity after Twin Peaks mania, well, peaked, lol.

Personally, Goddard reminded me of Kate Beckinsale & Katy Perry! lol.

Courtney Cox and Katy Perry are definitely in her mold, and they also have some of the same spirit when they're onscreen: fun and bright-eyed and slightly naughty.

Paulette's a timeless beauty!
