I'm not sure where you are, but here in the U.S., where Watson is, prostitution is illegal. That aside, the answer to your question is a resounding no. It's not because he visited prostitutes. He may have been doing that, too, but he has been accused of sexual assault by 30 women, all of whom tell a similar story. They all say they were hired to massage him, but he removed his clothes, and despite their objections, attempted to coerce them into performing sex acts. That is far, far different from what you describe.
