According to Lawrence Wilkerson, there are 3 strategic objectives for US presence in Afghanistan and he said directly & bluntly it had nothing to do with Taliban or terrorism:
1) It's close proximity to BRI of China. If US want to cut it off through military actions, that is the best location.
2) It's close proximity to Xinjiang of China. CIA could use it as base to send operatives there and use Uyghurs to undermine Chinese government.
3) It's close proximity to Pakistan, which is a Muslim nuclear power and the most unstable piles of nuclear weapons there is. So US want to monitor & do something about it, that is where US should be.
In the case of Kuwait, US started military operation mostly due to a Kuwait girl Nayirah's teary testimony of Iraqi soldier killing babes in a hospital.
It was later revealed that Nayirah's last name was Al-Ṣabaḥ (Arabic: نيرة الصباح) and that she was the daughter of Saud Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States. Furthermore, it was revealed that her testimony was organized as part of the Citizens for a Free Kuwait public relations campaign, which was run by the American public relations firm Hill & Knowlton for the Kuwaiti government. Following this, al-Sabah's testimony has come to be regarded as a classic example of modern atrocity propaganda.
There is a wikipedia page about it, just search "Nayirah testimony".
It is often shocking how brazen these lies are, and how real they look.
You called me cynical before. Tell me what you think after looking through that.
The second video is called "Debunking A Century of War Lies", it was a very popular documentary on youtube, the Kuwait lie is a chapter of it.
It is later censored by Google, the entire channel was gone. I was surprised when I found that out. They also have their own web site, the video on that web site was tweeted before and I re-tweeted as well, then I found out the original tweet was gone, censored by twitter as well.
Interesting, isn't it?
