was at the malt shop The malt shop scene was not Eddy. It was Duke Hathaway who was an all-state basketball player and Mayfield HS bigshot. I think he was in at least two, poss 3 ep's. I don't know how may times Navy was mentioned. Probably a few. Beaver once called Dodger Stadium (Don Drysdale). It was a long dis. call which caused problems. Like if he was calling LA from Columbus,Oh. I think it was $8. While the writers were not stuck to any particular location they were stating some obvious truths when saying that Fallbrook was about 2 hours east by plane. Which would be similar from say Akron, Oh to Hartford, Ct. His dancing in the "Harvey Girls" was phenomenal. Not just the moves it was his stamina in a long piece towards the end of the film. What choice did they have have if the Guinness character wanted to dodge the possibility? Considering where they were the search probably just wanted whatever evidence (even minor) that they could get. So how long did Wilby character remain? It's not like it happened ten min's after the Gloucester ceremony. Eventually Harvey was going to get over the death. I couldn't ID the weapon Frank wanted to use. But it appeared to me a Military issue BAR (with a scope) semi-auto. It was nothing like the piece of junk LHO used and this was almost ten years before Dallas. For the record I don't believe LHO hit the President. He may have shot but I do think he was a Patsy. Maybe it will be shown somewhere as a light showcase of the SS talents post her passing away? I get the feeling they are writing script to send Victor off for a while. Like maybe to cover for some treatment and rehab? They probably shot that months ago so it may be done. And of course we hope Eric is both feeling ok and doing better. I hope Eric is doing "ok:" he's ill and getting the best treatment if things are going to plan. Obviously it's tough. I don't know how his schedule is being affected? He appears to be gutting through this -and the anniversary year- and showing his stick-to-it- drive that makes the character formidable. Wishing for the best and some luck for EB too. I thought the recent hope and Sheila writing has been strong and more than a little wild. There is no amount of praise for hope's "talent" that she does not readily accept. She is an egomaniac. A 'design superstar.' Shelia turns up almost anywhere/anytime and just has answers for all around her, that have concerns. She's very amusing if not flat out funny. View all replies >
