Lot of debate around transgenders being allowed to complete in Women's Sports but this is pretty interesting in that there wouldn't really appear to be any reason for this.
It's not like you pick the chess pieces up and start whacking each other with them or passing them to team mates in some kind of relay event...
But women have smaller brain so it's only fair
sharemmm... I don't think there's established correlation between brain size and intelligence.
Otherwise, although you were probably joking, there may have been something in this - Women's brains aren't smaller per se but just because women themselves are generally smaller. Brain size corresponds to height.
Why are seperate women's divisions necessary in a board game like chess?
Haven't the people who run these things seen the Queen's Gambit?
