Hotter with blonde hair
Just noticed, I have found this quite interesting that some actresses actually much better dressed as a character. Emilia Clarke in GOT for instance, but yeah any who much hotter in dredd with the blonde hair :S

Besides I'm pretty sure the person was comparing how some actresses even when going to awards shows or premieres when they have the same pampering from hair and make-up still manages to look like *beep* compared to how they look in TV-shows or movies!
