Can she act?
I've never watched any of her shows or heard any of her music. So does she have talent or is just that ridiculously good looking that that is all she needs to have a career?

Victoria can definitely act. And her singing is pretty good too. I watched a few of her movies and shows over the years, decent to above average movies and shows. Yes. She can act. The ones who think differently, they very likely not seen enough of Victoria's performances, never watched her in anything or extremely jealous and envious of the actress. I can totally imagine her portraying DC Comic's Zatanna Zatara or Marvel's Jessica Drew Spider-Woman and be really good in the roles.
