The way she pronounces the letter R

Has anyone else noticed the way she pronounces the letter R? The best way I can describe it is she sort of "rolls" her Rs - they sound like she is pronouncing them from the very back of her throat.

This video (from her appearance on The Tonight Show) is a good example of what I'm talking about, especially the way she pronounces "charm" and "work" in the first few seconds:

I love "The Blacklist" but I can't stop noticing this weird pronunciation! I've heard other actresses (can't think of any off the top of my head) do this same thing. I tried Googling what exactly this was but no luck -- is it a regional accent?

Yes!! I was reading the OP, and my first thought was Juliet from Psych. I don't recall her doing in in the beginning, but as the seasons went on, it got more noticeable.
