shareThe Orion IN THE MOVIE was played by Rachel Nichols. Diora Baird played a different one in a scene that got cut from the film. Basically Kirk apologizing to the wrong one with a "we all look the same to you" joke. So, yes, she technically wasn't in the film, but was supposed to be. Just a quick search will get the scene, with is on the home video.
