Better than a vape van.

Weatherly really got taken, didn't he? He should have known that someone like Dushku would have her sights set on the CBS checkbook.

reply

"Mr. Weatherly said the “rape van” line was an attempted joke that misfired. “The scripted line in that scene was, ‘Hey, young lady, step into my windowless van,’” he said. “I didn’t particularly like that line, so I joked, in order to highlight how distasteful the emphasis of the line was, about an ‘r. van,’ a rape van."

I don't think he screwed up at all, I actually totally get the point he tried to make. Dushku does not deserve any money, she should share those millions with all of us who have had to suffer because of her bad acting.

Well, these days, any woman on any show could be that one looking for money. So, you have to know that, as a man, you can't make the slightest mistake. Weatherly should have know this, especially with an outsider on the set.

"Well, any woman on any show is going to be looking for money"

Riiiiight...

Dushku proves you wrong. You'll be seeing more of these shakedowns. Count on it.

reply

One woman of the thousands of women working in Hollywood proves me wrong???

reply

There'll be many more.

How did Weatherly screw up.He made a dumb harmless attempt at humor out of a line of dialogue in a scene. At best it was maybe distasteful but not directly disrespectful toward anyone.I feel sorry for the guy.Dushku's trying to rake him over the coals over something so stupid.

reply

No man in the entertainment business should do anything but, come to the set, do his lines, and exit the set. Any woman is going to have her sights set on his checkbook.

reply

I always associate windowless white vans with serial killers. Is that better?
