Yup, and New York Judge grants Trump request to dismiss charges, cancels sentencing indefinitely.

reply

All these political motivated charges will end up being dropped the conviction in NY will be overturned on appeal as will the outrageous civil verdict, that is already in the works too. And to all these raging lunatic Leftists calling him a convicted felon, you're wrong again big surprise. By NY state law it dose not matter what a judge or jury says, you are not a convicted felon in the state of NY until you are sentenced. Trump has not been sentenced and never will be, how much time and money did they waste just to lose to Trump and common sense again..

Is this one of your imaginary NYC state laws or an actual one? Got a link?

What is in the works for the the civil trial appeal? The latest I heard was that a new trial was denied. I think Trump is going to have to pay up.

13. “Conviction” means the entry of a plea of guilty to, or a verdict of guilty upon, an accusatory instrument other than a felony complaint, or to one or more counts of such instrument.

14. “Sentence” means the imposition and entry of sentence upon a conviction.

15. “Judgment.” A judgment is comprised of a conviction and the sentence imposed thereon and is completed by imposition and entry of the sentence.

Yes Trump was "convicted" wasn't he, he's totally a criminal, there there let it all out it's ok, 4 years will fly by.

reply

It will, and at his age and weight he'll be dead before too long anyway. He was convicted. He is a convicted felon and a criminal. Hope you're proud of yourself.

Retarded cope from a braindead sperg

reply

He is still guilty. He was proven guilty in a court of law. Him making his legal troubles go away through the power of the presidency does not make him magically innocent.

reply

Utterly pathetic cope that only you retards are clinging to, the biggest jury in the world just gave their verdict, they proclaimed Trump innocent and they utterly reject your political persecution along with the attempted gaslighting to excuse it, gfys loser, patriots win and libtards seethe.

reply

He's a proven criminal. Winning all the elections in the world won't make him innocent. It just proves there are a lot of low-life and desperate people out there.

reply

No still not a criminal even if you really really want him to be, sucks to be you.

reply

He's a convicted criminal. Has nothing to do with me.

reply

Nope even if you posted again that he was. Fail.

reply

He's a proven criminal.

No he isn’t. He's not a felon since he was never sentenced.

Since the sentence is canceled indefinitely, it means that the “conviction” is removed from the record.

reply

You might want to read up on the law. He's already convicted. It's done. Who knows if he'll ever get sentenced, but the conviction is done.

reply

You might want to keep up. Your propaganda source is outdated.

Once again for the slow and impaired: The sentencing has been canceled indefinitely, which means the conviction is removed and therefore, he's not considered a felon.

reply

That link was purely to show you he's already been convicted.

The sentencing has been postponed indefinitely, but that does not mean the conviction is "removed." He's already been convicted. He's awaiting sentencing, which may or may not ever come.

I've had this discussion with like 10 Trump supporters. I'd love to know where you get your thoughts from that he's not convicted until he is sentenced.

reply

"He's still guilty to me dammit!"

Enjoy the next 4 years!

Anywhere, even your precious Google will tell you that the conviction is removed when the sentencing is cancelled.

reply

It's not actually "my" Google. It's the biggest search engine in the world. I wish it were mine. I'd take an indefinite vacation.

Anyway, no, I see nothing about the conviction being "removed" nor even that the sentencing is cancelled. What I read is that the sentencing has been "indefinitely postponed." I'm not sure you can "remove" a conviction. Maybe you mean expunged?

reply

Well said.

The Left overstepped the line with these lawfare attacks and it backfired. I’m pleasantly surprised that justice prevailed in such a broken system.

reply

As those of us familiar with modern politics knew would happen.

reply

Anyone being honest with themselves knew what was up, the rest was just theatre.

reply

Every bs case should be dismissed.

reply

And everyone pushing them prosecuted to the fullest extent possible, they wanted Trump to die in jail well let's see how they like the inside of a cell.

reply

...without prejudice, meaning as soon as Trump is out of office they may resume it all.

reply

Not when the entire team are locked in a jail cell it won't.

reply

Others may take on the task though. I guess I'm assuming Trump lives to 100. Still I'm trying to temper expectations here a bit.

reply

What will the DOJ even look like in 4 years time? Definitely something to stay vigilant on though.
