Trump cooks fries at McDonald's as he attempts to cast doubt on Harris' earlier employment at the chain

Former President Donald Trump has long been known for his love of the Golden Arches.

After landing at the Philadelphia International Airport on Sunday, Trump and his team traveled to a McDonald's franchise in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania, where he donned an official employee apron and began handing out orders to customers waiting in the drive-thru lane. He also helped cook the restaurant's signature fries.

Trump's visit, however, had little to do with his fondness for the food.

For weeks, Trump has attempted to sow doubt — without providing evidence — that Vice President Kamala Harris ever worked at McDonald's, which has become a key part of her biography.

Why is Trump so upset with Harris working at McDonald's? Trump is senile and it shows.

It's odd that no one has stepped forward to say they used to smoke cigarettes with her out behind the trash bins during the breaks, or that they'll always remember that crazy laugh of hers whenever they'd tell jokes to each other.

It's easy for the kid who lived in an upper-class neighborhood in Montreal to SAY she worked at McDonalds, but it's a different thing to have actually worked there. It reminds me of the guy who majored in Political Science, as Obama said he did, asking his fellow classmates at Columbia if they ever remembered Obama being in a class with them and coming up dry.

The New York Times did an investigation and can't even find a liar to come forward and say that they worked with Harris back in the day.

She never worked at McDonalds because the floors were too hard for her to get on her knees for a promotion.

Wearing an apron, the Republican presidential nominee lifted fries out of the hot oil, shook them, salted them and placed them into containers for service. He praised the staff and the company, then popped his head out the drive-through window and waved at a crowd that had gathered across the street. He began to hand out paper bags to the cars that had been waiting in line before his arrival. One man said, “Trump 2024!” as he drove away.

The restaurant was closed to the public during Trump’s visit, and the motorists whom Trump served were screened by the U.S. Secret Service and positioned before his arrival. No one ordered food. Instead, the attendees received whatever Trump gave them.

Trump was at the fry station for about five minutes and spent about 15 minutes at the drive-through window, much of it taking questions from reporters.

Not satire. He has been constantly passing along the conspiracy theory that Kamala never worked at McDonald’s because she didn’t list it on her resume in an application for a job at a District Attorney’s office.

So he’s going to go, drop the fry basket into the fryer and then say that he worked at McDonalds longer than she has.

None of this is a joke. This entire conspiracy theory is based on the fact that she left off her summer job at McDonalds from her resume to a District Attorney’s office because she didn’t think it was relevant to the job responsibilities.
