Low energy speech
The announcement that he was running in 2024 was unusually low energy. What's the deal? I think he was expecting the Republicans to do a lot better in the midterms, so he was planning his announcement to coincide with that. He wanted to brag about how well his chosen candidates did, but they didn't.
Still though, it was weird seeing him give such a bland speech.
