Are there not enough talented North Americans that could
do the job?
I say North Americans because a lot of our television shows are filmed in Canada and
that country has lots of talent. Not a lot of difference in accent either.

um - if u're going to be a district attorney u have to be an american, hence the michael cutter's american accent. personally, i think it's quite authentic. doesn't sound new-york, more southern IMO. who cares? it's linus-frickin-roache, he makes everything sound good (if u catch my drift)
