I have seen Twin Peaks: The Return as well. They do look very similar
shareApparently it's just that ONE PHOTO where they look so much alike, because if you also search out other photos of NICO you can see how she doesn't look that much like the other girl who sings the SHADOW song.

So it's just the lighting and the play of SHADOW on her face that gives the impression that they look more alike than they do in other online photos that you can find of NICO where she looks even more different???
