Did she really deserve to be jailed?

In 2010 and possibly a few other years, including for DIY and drugs, and also, what made her miss her classes that was instructed to her by law and well, you could say its just the law but still, was it worthy and necessary and was there no other way?

Also, in your opinion, law or not - those offenses of hers doesn't make her a "bad person", correct, as flawed as she may have been? Also, in such establishments, like in other lesser ones, even for lesser offenses, do people get coddled and cuddled and told "don't worry, you have nothing to worry about, it was a mistake but we won't hold a grudge" sort of thing, and if they do or do not, do you think they are RIGHT (as in CORRECT) or... (Or maybe they asked her "Are you sorry?") Its all relative and also, this or anything else, is it entirely normal that the justice system even by people who are good and normal isn't universally looked upon in a perfectly favourable light, but then again, as with life in general, there are no real "good guys" and "bad guys" (or chicks - or even mostly people) right, and no heroes and no villains, correct?

And what on Earth stopped Lindsey Lohan from just being a peaceful, law abiding etc citizen and famous actress, to enjoy wealth and life and whatnot without ANY trouble with the law, DIY, drugs let alone "other worse offenses" (HOPE NOT, but don't worry, I won't go crazy here - my internet buddies and family occasionally "know" what I am up to these days with such mental topics) etc, or does fame and wealth really spoil people ESPECIALLY say Western ones?

And also, FOLKS, I am NOT saying its a "good" or a "bad" thing but... When this news apparently first came out, sources actually started to seriously, you know, debate what might happen and what's expected and to come of it. Like, they didn't just say this is this and that is that, news, full stop. Nor did they say "yay, good news" or "oh no, maybe it isn't..." and again, one single universally satisfying answer to it all? But then in REAL LIFE, it doesn't exist and won't come, hence...

But really, how could she get to this state where 10 years after 2000 and whatnot, and after establishing a successful acting career and fame, that she actually had to get into literal trouble with THE LAW? Like, how come? Why and how did it come to this? Could it at all have been avoided? Was it out of Lindsay Lohan's hands once the law discovered what she was up to?
