I really like her in Grey's Anatomy -- very real life -- seems like a real person and not just a character -- which I guess, as an actor, is her job.

How is her first name pronounced?

So many ways to pronounce this name; here I thought it was CHAI-LER. Not Shy and not Ky (like Hi). So which is it, shy (since somebody who claims to have met her says this or ky (like Hi) which Sara Ramirez calls her?
