I really like her in Grey's Anatomy -- very real life -- seems like a real person and not just a character -- which I guess, as an actor, is her job.

How is her first name pronounced?

I thought it was Ky-lerIt is - think user-deleted account above had the right answer in the thread.
Was a question asked a lot 3-4 years ago, but now that she's on Grey's full-time not really an issue anymore.

It is definitely pronounced Kyler. I heard the E! News correspondants talking about her one day. :)

Sara Ramirez was also talking about her (and what good friends they are) to E! and she called her Ky-ler so I'm thinking that's how it's pronounced.
