No it's because R ratings means teens can't go, and that means less money being bought in. It's simple, everything boils down to money.
Before the internet was playboy magazines, nudity hasn't changed, the directed audience has. Same reason why we have stupid high school musicals and what not.

I agree as in that's a part of it. There were always teenagers, so why more R-rated movies in the 80's and 90's? Because, which is sad, Hollywood is catering to teens now which is why they drop the ratings and gore amount for a lot of movies.
However, I do believe that the internet has some influence on it. I mean not everyone could get their hands on a playboy (which is kinda artsy, you could have said hustler ;) ), but anyone with access to a computer can download porn and porn stars are half the time better looking then Hollywood types anyway. I'm not saying it's the full reason, just a small part of it.

Yeah for sure. Like you said, there would be much more of a dollar value to seeing someone like Megan Fox naked then say Nikki Benz (though I gotta say Nikki is probably hotter haha). But what I mean is that there is less nudity in movies nowadays, or so it seems, because it's not as...shocking, for lack of a better word.
No doubt that seeing a celebrity naked is more exciting, because you don't see it as often (like your high school example, which was a good example btw :)). Remember how popular Animal House and the Porky's and movies like that were (I don't since I was only born in '84, but I heard they were). Lots of nude scenes in them. And you look at movies that try the same thing now, like the new straight to DVD American Pie movies or new National Lampoons. They aren't very popular like those older movies are, even though they are the same style. They don't even have the level of nudity in them I don't think. Though of course the girls in these movies are hardly famous, but you see what I'm getting at right :)

I'm sorry but you must have a screw loose if you think most of those nasty fake plastic pornstars look better than the normal movie stars. You really need to go to an eye doctor for a check up. i just googled Nikki Benz. Those fake tits are disgusting. Anyone who thinks she is hotter than Megan Fox needs to be admitted to a psych ward.

In your opinion, sure. Not everyone is going to agree on who is better looking then who. And those two girls, I think are both extremely attractive, they were just the first names of each genre that I thought of. If you were to say...Hilary Swank was hotter then Eliza Dushku (for example), I'm not gonna judge your opinion.

Haha definitely! I just wanted to use two actresses where one is obviously hotter then the other (imo Eliza Dushku is one of the hottest actresses out there). But if someone were to choose Hilary, they must see something in her that they like.
