There’s a newish saying, “Republicans are just Democrats doing the speed limit”. Only a small minority, the Christian fundamentalists and maybe a few others, are resisting.
Republicans are submitting because their biggest flaw is that they want to be nice and liked. Christians OTOH submit to God, not man. But regardless of what Hollywood wants you to think, Christian fundamentalists are only a minority. I see secession as imminent.
