shareThey used CGI to put Lena's head on the naked body of Rebecca Van Cleave. It was a real body and a real head, they just did not belong to the same person. Lena was a few months pregnant at the time and was unable to do the nude work because her pregnancy was showing. She has done nudity in several other movies before, but not on Game of Thrones.
