She is white. Her mother is Black.


If you have white skin, you are white. If you have Black skin, you are Black. Isn't it that simple?

Got a picture of her mother? According to Trivia at IMDB, there is a quote from Rebecca on this, and her grandfather (on mom's side) was bi-racial. How far back in her family tree you have to go to get a truly "black" person, I don't know. But if he was bi-racial, that would make Rebecca 1/8th black. So no wonder it doesn't show. She looks and is seen as a "white" woman.

Yes, she is White. If being 1/8 Black makes you Black, then almost every single Black person in he US is White.
