Probably the best decision he has ever made. I will be gutted to see Eli go and not to get Joe on my screen every day, but the character has had nothing to do since the murder storyline, The new producer seemed to totally overlook Joe and I don't blame him for wanting to leave. I just hope that this means more exciting projects will come his way once the 'This is England' spin-off wraps up, and that he gets to show us what he can really do.

Oh wow...I'm disappointed they didn't give him a decent send-off. A character like that who should have been used so much better, and without a doubt, much more talented than a lot of the other youngsters in the show. It's a good job I missed it then, as I probably would have been quite annoyed by the whole thing! lol I will have to have a look and see if I can find Eli and Marlon's last scene, as those two together were always gold.
