I don't wanna be mean but his mannerisms are super girly in "Lucifer". ( I haven't seen him in anything else) Great body and face but when he moves (gestures) and speaks (facial impressions) I can't help but think he is so girlish.

Excuse me?! Cary Grant, the most charming Brit did NOT sound 'gay'. Neither did Ronald Coleman, David Niven or Charlie Chaplin! What about Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan or Daniel Craig? Does Clive Owen sound gay? I think not. Does Voldemort sound gay? (Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes) or Ewan McGregor? No.
Sorry, David Niven did have fey mannerisms for most of his career! And Cary Grant 100% did as well. Now this may come from the mannerisms of the time which were more proper. And you're also comparing with actors who had very solid working class backgrounds where the speech and mannerism are completely different.
