Don't get me wrong, I think Lucy comes across at a nice person, but does anyone else think she is rather wooden?
Watching her in 'Single, Married Other', her voice never seems to change and all she seems to do is open up her eyes slightly wider when she is trying to be dramatic. I just dont believe in her character

Actually no. I liked her in The Office, but you reminded me of two other shows she was in, where she was really wooden. In The Office she had to act like a real person, but down-played. Most of the acting was heavily staged. It wasn't spontaneous - the bits we were supposed to identify with were set pieces. Damn. I feel kinda fooled now. I like her. But is she an actress at all? Wow. Hey, does it matter? Plenty of actors have had careers without being all that good. You know what, I say who cares. She can act as much as she wants to. I respect her decisions.
