Can he break the curse?

For most of the Bonds, their last Bond film was their worst. The first time Connery went out, You Only Live Twice was the worst out of the original 5. Then when he left for good, Diamonds are Forever was his worst (Bottom 5 Bond film). Roger Moore exited with a View to a Kill (Bottom 3 Bond film). Pierce went out with Die Another Day (Bottom 3 Bond film). If you're a Bond actor who has starred in more than 2 movies, your last one has been your worst? Can Craig break this curse? I hope so - if this movie is somehow worse than Quantum of Solace, it'll be a shame. It will probably be better than Spectre, but not as good as Casino Royale or Skyfall.

Given the pattern... Casino Royale was majestic, Quantum of Solace bad, Skyfall great, Spectre mediocre. His next movie should be good-great.

Don't forget Connerys final final film which is probably worse than Diamonds

And with Dalton ok its not that fair to say its his final movie as he only did 2 but for years only until recently everyone considered LTK the worst out of his 2 films (now everyone pretty much considers it one of the most underrated)
