Yes he's evil. He got the United states into not one, but two twenty year long wars. His rash decisions killed thousands of American Troops, and cost The United States 200 billion dollars on a pointless war. If they wanted Osama bin Ladden so badly there were other ways to go about it rather than to invade two countries, both of which he wasn't even in. Yes, it was terrible that in Iraq the Kurds were being murdered, but there are other ways to go about preventing genocide. Sanctions do exist for a reason. In the end Cheney made billions for Halliburton's no-bid contracts in Iraq. Cheney himself got two million for brokering that deal. I'm sure he made even more millions or billions behind closed doors. He and both Bush's were/are evil.

He didn't end the war. And he didn't just 'reason' with terrorists to end the war. He tried to sell them a pipeline deal and believed they would stick to it. Biden did end the war though thank God and evacuated 130,000 people in one week with the last soldier on the plane walking up the ramp with his back turned to the enemy. That proves just how excellent Biden achieved it. Awesome president.
