She was. But they used footage from The Ring 1 I think

How could she be in it? She's noticeably taller and more mature than she was as Samara and Samara wouldn't be changed at all... The most she'd be in it is like what they did in the Ring 2 - by using old footage of her.

I agree, kind of like the Texas Chainsaw movies, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and so on. The first movie is good the others just get silly.

I would have to disagree with you on one of those. Friday the 13th, the first one was horrid, did not actually get decent until Jason showed up in part 2.
