say Biden wins.. then retires about 6 months later due to ill health and Harris takes over.. what about Hilary? Could she then be VP? Then take over from Harris?

Harris won't allow that. She strikes me as the type of female who is a queen bee who sees her fellow females as competition to be taken out.

IF that were to happen, Hillary would have to be approved by the Senate and Congress. That would never happen.

Since when does the Legislative branch have final approval of the VP? Politically, maybe they could influence the choice, but they don't approve the VP in the same sense that they do Supreme Court Justices with any kind of formal vote. I'm pretty sure that's not in the Constitution.

25th Amendment. The president nominates and both houses must approve the nomination.
