I would guess that 95% of the posters here happen to be Americans, but no matter. (I assume that the foreign users can best be identified by their superior English grammar and spelling and general articulateness).
But not being American could be a bummer for, say, Chinese nationals who have to live under wholesale government censorship powers over internet speech and site access. Their government, not ours.
