That would have been an interesting spin-off. I personally believe that Angel deserved atleast one more season. The open ending was just brutal on the fans. I know some people like that but when it comes to a series i think they should tie up all ends.

I agree with you there should of been 1 more season but joss said that is the way he intended to end it cause it's meant to mean angel can never stop fighting for redemption.

shareIllyria is an ancient power that possessed Fred's body and also destroyed her soul. It was all very dramatic. If you remember that guy she briefly dated that worked directly under her at Wolfram & Hart it was his fault. He's always a lousy character with adorable quirks. I remember him in Buffy as the vamp she expresses all of her feelings to in the episode where she realizes Spike is killing again because of that song The First sings to him.

never watched a full episode even of Angel or Buffy...
have seen otehr shows Acker has been on like Alias, Dollhouse and Happy Town...
The only problem I had with Illyria was what it meant for Fred.
