It's not the matter of hispanic... it's that he's too dark skinned for Grey. And no I'm not racist, but there are actors that are just tanned and are given all kinds of roles and there are actors that are very representative of their culture and are being typecast

There are light skin Hispanics though.... It's not a matter of not being Hispanic, because Hispanics can be White as Hispanic is not a race, it's just a matter of his skin color being too dark.

Yes were are because I'm full-blooded Spanish and white. I lived in Spain and hardly ever saw a brown-skinned person. A lot of them even had blonde hair and blue eyes.
