What do I love about Lily? I LOVE the fact that her kind of performance is going on stage and making characters come to life with only her voice,face and body. No costumes, no other players, not a lot of music. Just her amazing talent and a few lighting spots. Now THAT'S TALENT.

I love that Lily is so versatile. She can do comedy, she can do drama, she can play all types of characters, including male ones. I love that in her 40 plus year career she has done television, movies, stage, animation and recordings. She has won 6 Emmy's, 2 Tony's and a Grammy....and those are just the biggies. She has won numerous other awards throughout the years. AND an Academy Award nomination for Nashville. IMHO she should have won it that year.

She is obviously talented and creative but in addition to that she is also intelligent, thoughtful, classy, gracious, caring and of course.....FUNNY.

I love all of Lily's characters, from Laugh In through The Search. I do hold a special favor for Ernestine, the omipotent telephone operator. Have you ever heard the album This Is A Recording? It is HYSTERICAL. This first time I listened to it I almost peed my pants and couldn't catch my breath because I was laughing so hard. It is also on CD too.

BTW I do have Moment By Moment on DVD. I take it that with as much as you love this movie....you do have a copy of it don't you? If not, you can very easily get one.

I like MBM too. I don't think it's as bad as everyone has made it out to be. Does Lily not want anyone to have it at all??? I've met her a few times actually and have NEVER asked her about this movie. I think she is also sensitive to being asked about releasing her TV specials from the 1970's on dvd too. Why that is I'm not sure.

I LOVE the music in MBM. I also just love the scenery of the Malibu beach and beach house. Lily and John T were both at the peak of their popularity when the movie came out and unfortunately the bombing of it was very hard on both of them. Perhaps that is why Lily is still wanting to bury the film for good.
