They're mutually exclusive. Either you're cisgender or not. Cisgender is not a made up term. It really just means I'm biologically a woman and I identify as such, aka, no desire to present as male or have a penis.
If she identifies as female - which she does, and since she has a vagina and breasts, it just means she's cis. Just like most people are.
