Concerning the election, nothing says “illegitimate” as forcing Americans to accept the fraudulent election with an inauguration held under martial law surrounded by thousands of armed troops. The difference is the months of protests were not an insurrection and trying to overthrow the federal government. Setting up an autonomous area to prevent the eviction of a family, is a little different than storming the Capitol building to try to prevent the eviction of a family.

You are correct that if there is widespread fraud that the election needs to be thrown out and redone. But there needs to be evidence. Show the evidence.
I hate to say it but the majority of the fraud allegations have been proven to be false. There are still some that are undisputed but were deemed "not significant enough" or "merely very suspicious." Finding a case of thousands of ballots all marked strictly for Biden with no other votes marked at all is obviously dirty ... but not provable in court as fraudulent. Even though it is quite obvious that election rigging was attempted, it was done in a way that can't be shown as anything but suspicious. This kind of thing has been going on ever since elections have been going on. Disturbing how the whole picture is not available to the average joe-public but how many people out there have time to investigate, let alone compare/contrast partisan info?
In the end, Biden won. Or more accurately, Trump-hate won. What cheating that did occur was not enough to change the outcome. The ways that cheating did happen need to be fixed before any more elections. There were not any significant amounts of dead voters but lets purge the voter registrar of dead voters anyhow. That's a good start, right? Who would oppose fixing election integrity?
I think the storming of the Capital was nothing compared to the nationwide violence visited upon innocent business owners and citizens. Condoned or excused by the same people comparing the Capital attack to 911. However, I do not think that it was BLM nor Antifa (sure, they chatted with each other about attending and stirring things up but it was NOT them that stormed the palace) I think the Capital attackers AND the rioters of this year should ALL be convicted. It shouldn't be political. But sadly everything is now.
The election was rigged by the Dems with brazen fraud. It wasn't just the Dominion switcheroos, the illegal votes, underage votes, dead votes, multiple votes & willful destruction of Trump votes; when the Dems saw they were still losing by hundreds of thousands of votes in the key battle states they suddenly decided to stop counting in unison on Election Night in the wee hours of the morning and sent people home (something's that's never been done before). Two-three hours later - VOILA - they miraculously come up with hundreds of thousands of Biden votes that put him over the top in all of these states (no Trump votes, of course). Why Sure! Add to this the statistical impossibilities of Biden winning, a guy who couldn’t fill up 30 circles on a lawn (but, by golly, he got 81 million votes! Yeah, right).
So Biden's team cheated and "won" through gross fraud. I know it, you know it, sslssg knows it, the Dems know it, Biden knows it, Kommie-la knows it, the whole world knows it. The only ones who don't know it are those who cluelessly buy into the lamestream media's narrative that "there was no fraud." Keep in mind that these are the same people who tried to sell us the laughable "Russian collusion" narrative for 2-3 years and were proven liars at great expense to taxpayers.
Of course the Dems have been committing voting fraud for years/decades; it's been an ongoing joke for years. This time, however, they overplayed their hand and got caught. We have the evidence via hundreds of witnesses, sword affidavits, video and the aforementioned statistical impossibilities.
