shareI just think it's incredible how our culture has become SO used to seeing "perfect" women in the media -- generally, people who are so blindingly gorgeous -- that anyone in their right mind could call such an attractive woman "plain." It says volumes about us, and is frankly quite sad.
shareShe first caught my eye when The Bourne Identity came out. Even as a relatively shallow 13 year old who was spoiled by the typical hollywood look, I still thought Franka was very beautiful. I remember being shocked that most of my friends and older relatives at the time reacted with "seriously? She's not pretty at all" when I mentioned that she was attractive.
