Possible grammatical errors such as the lack of capital letters on the first words of their sentences (or sentence fragments)... but "its" should probably be replaced with "it's" the contraction form of "it is", "its" is the possesive form of "it" like "hers" or "his", in contrast to "Jill's socks" or the "Old boys' network"... English, it sure is tricky!
