Would you say this man is LUCKY?

To have survived and managed to do his time for being an armed robber and even meeting personally with the notorious killer Charles Manson and come out alive and intact...

AND LATER, SECURE HIMSELF DECADES OF LIFE AND WORK as a Hollywood famous ACTOR and make MILLIONS OF DOLLARS and live a happy and prosperous life.

What do we think, and with him now being 80 years old, how does he look back on his past as a robber and his success later from the 80s till even now as an actor?

Cheers. Danny Trejo.

Oh he's very lucky. He could have easily wasted his life and died in prison, and yet things turned around for him in the most unlikely way possible.

I was so shocked when I heard the story he told of how he got into acting and got out of prison. Ironically, despite him playing many villains, he's actually a very nice guy and fun to be around. Doesn't even matter if he's the ugliest man in Hollywood, he's cool :D

He even has a wife and kids, can you believe that?! :O

Kinda thought so, cheers.

P.S. Some famous people WHILE famous do bad and criminal things and either get away with it, get put on some lists or get punished correctly, and some individuals like Trejo have done wrong BEFORE becoming famous and have learned and grown from it. I wonder though - what possessed Trejo to even become an armed robber in the first place and how did he secure himself a career since the 1980s as a result? To a degree and an extent, I can even see his robber past in some of the roles he plays convincingly.

Well, loads of people of various types have family, so actually this is not that hard to believe. And with him now being 80 years old though he still looks fir for his age physically.

had no idea he was 80, thats nuts...

He was in the right place in at the right time. I think that's the story of more than half of Hollywood.
