Tough to say who is the best, but top 5, I say hell yeah….shoutout to the girls of Veruca Salt (Nina Gordon, Louise Post) and Fiona Apple

If we're not talking strictly female solo artists, I'd rank Shirley Manson (Garbage), Dolores O'Riordan (Cranberries), & Nina Persson (Cardigans) over Alanis.
