Of course, sexuality and identity should be an intrinsic matter that has NOTHING to do with politics and how a parent shapes their child.

There is no comparison. It is highly unlikely that anyone would have multiple children, all of whom are gay/queer. It is highly likely that someone would have multiple children, all of whom are straight. Intrinsically. The outcome Harden has achieved has everything to do with politics and shaping.

What are the odds?

I think that just as the occurrence of LGBTQ+ people in the world at large has been underestimated due to societal homophobia, including internalised homophobia, I do wonder that the occurrence of LGBTQ+ people within certain RICH WHITE WESTERN communities, including Hollywood and other 'liberal' citadels, are *over*-estimated.

I'm EXTREMELY pro-gay, trans and queer rights, and I'm happy to support and champion anyone, whatever their sexuality (as long as they're not into kids or animals), but I also suspect that in accordance with nature, the VAST majority of animals, including homo sapians, are attracted to members of the *opposite* sex, so, as I suggested, it seems a bit weird, and unlikely, that all three of MGH's kids would be 'queer'. I mean, good for them (I'll support them however they identify; they're hurting no-one), but I can't help but think that there's some posturing and self-delusion going on there.

I suppose it speaks to how the younger generations are more fluid with their sexualities and genders, although I can't help thinking that there's some posturing going on, and that these 'kids' will eventually settle on a more definite identity the older they are. Once again, I have ZERO problem with it, since they're hurting no-one, and on balance, I think it's a good thing to break down the barriers we impose when it comes to gender and sexuality, but I also can't help thinking that a lot of the way we all define ourselves, whether we're 'straight', 'gay', 'bi', 'cis', 'trans', 'non-binary', and so on, has more to do with our political-leaning and peer groups, than it does with anything more intrinsically biological. As a younger man, I'd flirt with the possibility that I was gay or bi, but now I'm much more comfortable with simply saying I'm a cishet man, however 'toxic' some people may regard that HONEST identity. 🤷‍♂️

Are there ANY Hollywood children of this generation who are NOT queer in some way? I think the only ones who seem to be straight are the son and daughter of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones. I can't recall reading about any other Hollywood kids today who are not gay or lesbian or transitioning.
