I love all Albert Brooks' Films but for me his crowning jewel is "Defending Your Life" .

What's your favorite Brooks film?

So many good choices. Broadcast News is the prime jewel here, a true classic. But among the pictures he actually wrote and directed, I'd go with Defending Your Life.

Modern Romance is my fave...some great dialog. "Mr. Popularity"!

My favorite overall performance of his was Broadcast News.

And while Billy Crystal was STELLAR in When Harry Met Sally, had Albert not turned that role down he too would have been legendary in it.

Lost in America, Broadcast News and the film where he goes home to live at his Mom’s (Debbie Reynolds) house.
