Handsome?
I've always heard people say how gorgeous Robert Redford was when he was younger. The only time I thought that was last night when I saw Barefoot in the Park for the first time.

shareTo each their own, but to many, Redford was a damn fine-looking man in his day. He and Jane Fonda were a Beautiful Pair in "Barefoot in the Park."
He's almost 80 and I'm still lookin at him.
shareOf course he was gorgeous. How else would he be so successful as an actor whose every move broadcasts intention and self-consciousness? If you watch him next to other more natural actors (in Out of Africa, next to Meryl Streep and Michael Kitchen, say) you'll see how stiff he is. He's never unaware of the camera.
shareYou don't think Redford is gifted, natural, SUBTLE actor??
Jesus...
Robert redford was not only an incredibly handsome man back in thr day but was and still is an incredibly gifted actor. Just because he's not overtly dramatic or showy doesn't mean he doesn't act with emotion. His facial expressions always get me. ALL IS LOST is the perfect example of him at his best.
shareThe phrase is “back in the old days,” which makes perfect sense. “Back in the day” makes no sense at all. Back in WHAT day? Yesterday?
Eschew ghettospeak.
He looks a bit like Donald Trump
Egad.
Watch him in "The Sting" or "The Way We Were" or even in the 90s and early 2000s.
He was stunning in his prime. Stunning! That smile! Those cheekbones! That hair!
And he still has a lovely voice.
He and Newman together in The Sting - good grief. Such beauty.
